I don't know how many of you are aware that MSG is killing America slowly, but it is. I have only found a few websites that offer a healthier alternative... Chef Paul & his Magic seasonings are MSG free. I was so happy to have found that site. I noticed that the prices are a few dollars more then the grocery store, but it save in a lifetime of healthy eating. Just imagine what you have been putting in your body all these years. I used to think My sister Linda was a little crazy when she was milling and grinding her own wheat for flour, she was buying whole granola and whole foods before it was fashionable. Linda was ahead of her time. I have committed to buying and serving my family nothing but whole and natural foods. I will be taking my sisters ideas and putting them to work for my children and my husband. I have a bread maker and I will be using it and not just for Christmas, I will be buying fresh veggies and whole meats and poultry from now on. My mother used to shop at several different places when we were little. She would make a stop at the Dairy, the butcher and then the farmers market in Buena Park.. I never realized until now, having a family of my own and watching my daughter suffer from migraines and severe cramps was due to MSG and it's derivatives. I started looking things up to try to find a way to help her. I found that Marissa being on a vegiterian diet has helped her with headaches and cramps. We only give Tahlia soy milk and Gabby has felt better and slept more comfortably since I have changed from boxed foods to whole foods. We have fresh fruites and veggies daily, we do not eat red meat, and we have all been excercising more everyday. I would like for you to look at a papper that was writen called MSG - Slowly Poisoning America, (author unnknown 5-1-4), it will open your eyes to so many things that the FDA has allowed to happen, and what Bush has been trying to push thru congress as a bill. Take a look and tell me what you think about MSG in your food...
